Our application process is designed to be straightforward and transparent. The journey begins by checking that your project meets our fundamental lending criteria.

Check your eligibility

Before you begin gathering documents, please ensure your application meets the following core requirements:

  • Business structure: Your business must be a Limited Company or LLP registered in England or Wales, with all major shareholders residing in the UK.
  • Project location and type: We fund schemes located exclusively within England and Wales. This includes new builds (ground up), refurbishments, and part completed developments.
  • Planning permission: Your project must have at least outline planning permission secured.
  • Loan amount: We provide funding for loans between £500,000 and £7,500,000.
