To do this, we’ve created simple, jargon free products which are delivered and explained by our close knit, experienced team. You won’t be passed from pillar to post – the people you meet are the people you’ll deal with throughout the process.

1. Property Development Loan
The NEXA property development loan is available to SME property developers and house builders seeking to build small scale residential homes in Leicestershire, Rutland and in the wider East Midlands region.

2. Property Refurbishment Loan
The NEXA property refurbishment loan is available for the conversion of existing residential buildings, or commercial buildings with planning permission to convert into residential dwellings. This product is generally provided on the same terms as the property development loan, although the minimum advance is lower (£150K, as opposed to £250K). The maximum loan available is £750,000 on any one site.

3. Property Exit Loan
The NEXA property exit loan has been designed specifically to support property developers to raise capital on completed projects, in order to fund their next developments. This product will only be made available to borrowers to facilitate new developments, funded or refinanced by NEXA. Exit loans will also be considered to repay existing development or refurbishment loans that will not be repaid in full by the original, expected expiry date.
