Today, Su Snaith, one of our Business Development Managers at NEXA Finance, had another productive day visiting some of our key development sites across Nottingham. This time, she was joined by broker Julian Lawrence for an insightful tour.
“Yesterday, Julian and I visited one of our regular developers who is nearing completion on a stunning small site featuring three exclusive homes. Located in a highly sought after area of Nottingham with breathtaking views, it’s clear that these homes are generating significant interest among potential buyers,” said Su.
The homes offer exceptional features, including expansive basements that will be transformed into luxurious spaces such as a gym, snooker room, and bar area. “It’s not every day you get the chance to own a property with such unique, bespoke features,” Su continued. “And just to prove Julian wrong, yes, I did climb up two ladders during our visit!”
This particular project marks NEXA Finance’s third collaboration with this developer. Su is excited about the ongoing relationship: “We’ve had the pleasure of working with this developer on multiple successful sites, and I can’t wait to see what comes next. It’s fantastic to be part of these transformative developments that are contributing to the growth and appeal of Nottingham.”
