To date, this is the first time that NEXA have supported developments for the Wirral based Claybank Estates, providing a Development Exit Loan following the completion of the initial build.
The subject properties comprise four new build luxury houses. Each dwelling is high performance A rated and are identical in construction, design and size. Consisting of three storey brick construction, beneath a pitched tiled roof, with single storey flat roof extension to the rear, dormer windows to the rear and two storey bay window frontages.
Each property provides extensive living accommodation in excess of 3,000 sq ft, including the likes of a living room, office, large open kitchen diner/family room, utility, five bedrooms, four bathrooms and integral garage, with driveway and rear gardens.
The houses are finished to a high specification, with energy efficient features including air source heat pumps, solar panels and batteries.
