Our Business Development Manager Su Snaith took a visit to Hucknall, Nottinghamshire where this project is almost complete. Situated along a private driveway and near local amenities, it is easy to see why two of these open plan modern bungalows have already been occupied.
The development consists 6 x 3-bedroom bungalows each with a parking space and a garage. All properties are built to modern standards and would make a fantastic home for anybody who wants to be in close proximity to Nottingham City Centre.
We have been delighted to work with MW Building Projects Ltd over the last two years, which has helped us build a strong relationship as they operate within our heartland. They have designed and built bungalows that fit what buyers need. These consist of open plan kitchen living spaces, ensuites, good size rooms and easy to maintain outside spaces.
We look forward to seeing the final bungalow completing and the newly named “Elizabeth Gardens“ embedding itself into the local community.
